LOCAL ATTORNEY RECEIVES CERTIFICATION IN ELDER LAW

Hamilton, NJ – The National Elder Law Foundation (NELF) – the only organization approved by the American Bar Association to offer certification in the area of elder law – has announced that Carl Archer of Hamilton has successfully completed its examination leading to such certification.

Certification in elder law – one of the fastest growing fields in the legal profession – will provide a measure of assurance to the public that Carl has an in-depth working knowledge of the legal issues that impact the elderly. “It is an honor and a privilege to receive this certification as recognition of the work that my team and I have been doing in the central Jersey area for the last several years, and I hope it will allow us to serve more people in the years to come,” Carl said.

Carl Archer, of the Archer Law Office LLC in Hamilton, NJ is now a Certified Elder Law Attorney. Archer has practiced elder law exclusively for some time now and focuses his practice on caregiver advocacy and crisis management, with a focus on Medicaid applications and asset protection planning, Veterans benefits, guardianships, estate planning, and select related litigation. Carl is a graduate of Rutgers University and Rutgers School of Law-Camden.
