Brandie Tartza

Brandie is an associate attorney with the firm. Before joining Archer Law Office, she served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Joseph L. Rea, J.S.C. in both the Criminal and Civil Divisions of the Middlesex County Superior Court, and in the Special Civil Division, Landlord Tenant Part, with the Honorable J. Randall Corman, J.S.C..
She graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice, B.A. in Sociology, and minor in Psychology. Brandie earned her Juris Doctor and certificate in sports law from Marquette University Law School.
During law school, Brandie gained valuable experience working with the Wisconsin National Guard Judge Advocate General, Milwaukee County Children’s Court with the Honorable Mark A. Sanders, Disability Rights Wisconsin, and the Middlesex County Office of the Public Defender.She was inducted into the Pro Bono Honor Society for her volunteer work with the Veteran’s Service Office, Eviction Defense Project, and Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic.
Her current practice includes estate planning and administration, probate, special needs planning, guardianships, Medicaid, and litigation matters. Brandie is a lifelong resident of Middlesex County. Outside the office she is either at Crossfit or with her dog, Tank.
