The team is led by Carl Archer, an attorney designated as a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the ABA-accredited National Elder Law Foundation, and the current President of the New Jersey chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. All of the legal work which the firm contracts to do is performed in-house and is never delegated or outsourced.
